Glass Bottle Syrup Production Line

1. Machine Description

This production line consists of turntable, rotary ultrasonic washing machine, hot air circulating sterilizing tunnel, filling and screw capping machine and vertical adhesive labeling machine. It's suitable for pharmaceutical syrup production, 20-500ml round glass bottle feeding. The machine line can be applied to a variety of product sizes while the mould change is easy.

2. Main Features

KQCX rotary ultrasonic washing machine: it adopts ultrasonic principle, which can effectively clean the inside and outside bottle surface, such as particles and oil. And water/air needle insert to the bottle and finish two times water one times compressed air cleaning.

KRX hot air circulating sterilizing tunnel adopts hot air flow and hot air high temperature sterilizing principle to make the bottle sterilized and dpyrogenated. It has the characteristics of uniform heat distribution, fine effect of depyrogen.

KGT filling and capping machine adopts servo-motor and stainless steel pump filling, the filling speed can be adjusted, the filling is gently to prevent from liquid leakage and reduce bubbles, screw capping has slipping unit, it will not hurt the cap. It is easy to change the mould.

KLT vertical adhesive labeling machine adopts servo-motor driving, clear coding, and easy replacement of letter, then to realize high quality of labeling.
